All products are sold as fashion items.
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes; VAT is not applicable under micro-enterprise status (Article 293B of the French Tax Code).
Products are shipped within a few business days, and delivery time depends on the destination. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
The seller cannot be held liable for improper use, exposure to excessive heat, or physical damage caused after delivery.
